We are looking for a passionate barista who is a great brand ambassador and greets each customer with enthusiasm and a smile.

Our chosen candidate will have experience working as part of a team in a fast-paced, customer facing role.

All our jobs are paid a standard salary, regardless of age, which rises following training periods and certain development stages. Our barista roles start at £7.20 per hour, rising to £7.40 per hour following a training period.

Job Purpose:

To display pride in your Costa by confidently delivering the perfect sip of coffee to every customers with a genuine smile.

Experience/ Knowledge:

Essential:
  • Experience of having worked as part of a team.
Desirable:
  • Experience of having worked in a customer facing environment.

Key responsibilities:

Your Team:
  • To complete and pass any company provided training required for the role.
  • To attend team meetings as required
Your Customer:
  • To deliver the highest levels of customer service that encourages positive customer feedback and sales.
  • To maintain standards of health, safety and cleanliness across the store in line with the cleaning schedules.
  • To be knowledgeable and confident about all produces demonstrated by advising customers and answering queries.
  • To produce and prepare all products in line with brand excellence standards.
Your Store:
  •  safely and accurately maintain stock.
  • To drive sales by replenishment of display / fridges in line with the provided guidelines and procedures.
  • To operate the till in line with cash handling procedures.
  • To attend work in accordance with your designated shifts.
