At Sim Trava we want to grow, nurture, and develop our people. When we first started our business, we knew the kind of place we wanted Sim Trava to be, and on the back of a Costa napkin, scribbled down what has now turned out to be our values and beliefs.
These are what make us special and have been our guiding star during both good and challenging times.
Regardless of how much we grow, these 7 core values will remain core to our business:

Whatever your role is in Sim Trava, you matter, and you are part of something special. There is nothing to stop you from reaching for the stars, but whatever you do be the best you can be each and every day.
2. Grow Our Own People
We are very lucky to have so many great people who work hard, who are reliable and determined, and have lots of common sense. The world is your oyster so whatever role you want to take up, work hard, learn the ropes, and we will help you do the rest and make your dream come true.
3. Enjoy Change
Whilst change is sometimes a little scary, we encourage colleagues to go for it. Whether that’s taking on a new challenge, sampling new drinks, or doing extra shifts in a different store; we all roll our sleeves up and get stuck in.

We love all our customers. Look after them like royalty and make every single one feel special.

Our two chosen charities are the Costa foundation and Macmillan. We feel it’s incredibly important to give back to people who are less fortunate than ourselves.
